Northcliffe Digital Launches Online Video Service for Advertisers
Northcliffe Digital, the digital arm of Northcliffe Media, has launched an online video offering for advertisers across its network of local news websites.
The online, mobile phone and iPad compatible videos are being offered through an exclusive partnership with online video advertising specialist Localstars.
The offering is across Northcliffe Digital’s network of more than 400 'thisis' and 'localpeople' websites.
The ads range from highly customised ‘mashup ads’ compiled on Localstars’ video ad creation technology using library video, customer images, logos and graphics, to fully bespoke videos filmed by Localstars' network of local film-makers.

All videos are widescreen with voiceovers to provide maximum impact and are compatible with the latest HTML5 web standard which means they can be played across multiple channels and devices, including mobile phones and iPads. All video creation and production is outsourced to Localstars.
