Getting Connected
Go to http://jiab.jicreg.co.uk, or follow the link to Jic-in-a-box on line on the JICREG home page www.jicreg.co.uk.
Use the default username (guest) and password (guest) and click ‘Log in’.
Click the standard reports button, and choose a geography to search by, eg locations which are towns and villages.
Enter the name of the area you are looking for and click ‘search’.
You will be presented with a list of options, so select the one you are looking for or search again.
You can also see a map of the areas.
Click ‘show report’
The resultant report will give a table of local newspapers read in the area...
...followed by a table showing local newspaper websites covering the area based on information on the JICREG database.
You can also see a report giving the total de-duplicated audience of local newspapers and linked websites in the area.
