Browser Compatibility

The NS Website has been developed to be viewed in Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.

Member logging in problems

Username / Password not letting you in?

• Make sure you do not have the Caps Lock on.
• Check you are typing in the exact username and password (including using caps where required)

If these do not work try closing down your web browser then re-open a new browser window. If you are still experiencing difficulties you may need to clear the browser cache of cookies:

• At the top of your browser window select: Tools> Internet options> Delete Cookies (under Temporary Internet Files heading)> OK.
• Try logging in to the members' area again.
